Refund Policy
Our firm values transparency and clarity in its client relationships. This Refund Policy establishes the conditions for requesting a refund of amounts paid for legal fees or services contracted through our website or in person.
Nature of Services
The services provided by this office are intellectual, personalized and on-demand, being planned and executed according to the specific needs of each client.
For this reason, we do not refund amounts related to services already started or completed, unless expressly provided for in a contract or legal determination.
Possibility of Refund
Refunds may only be made in the following circumstances:
Cancellation of the service before the effective start of execution;
Duplicate billing or undue payment;
Impossibility of providing the service for reasons beyond the customer's control.
In these cases, a percentage may be charged for administrative costs already incurred.
Application Deadlines
The customer must request a refund within a maximum period of 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of payment, by contacting the office directly, stating:
Full name;
CPF/CNPJ;
Proof of payment;
Reason for request.
Form of Refund
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 15 (fifteen) business days from the approval of the request.
Non-Refundable Services
There will be no refunds for:
Services already provided, even if partially;
Legal consultations carried out, in person or virtually;
Preparation of procedural documents, contracts, opinions or calculations already submitted
